The James City County Police Department will conduct a free on scene security survey of your home or business. We will also provide suggestions and information on how to keep your home or business safe.

County Stormwater Specialists:
- County Stormwater Specialists will visit your home, upon request, to evaluate erosion issues on your property and assist in finding a solution. They will also advise you if you want to improve areas of your property which fall within our Resource Protection Areas. These areas extend 100′ from any fresh water or active creek, and are protected by law. A map of our Kingsoint Resource Protection Areas is now available at the Clubhouse.
